Once again my mind has told me that my next obession will be 'BATMAN'
Yes my mind loves to do this trick where I get a new obession every so often.
I Watch, wear and Buy everything and anything linked to the subject, then my mind slowly lets go of it.
After I lay there with what feels like a hangover and a load of crap I've bought which was pretty kool at the time seems not so kool as I don't have the lust for it anymore.
OH but don't worry those obessions will stay there in the back of my brain til im dead!
BUT I DIGRESS!
Even though this is proberly my brain claiming another obession again I must say a big thanks to it because this time it has chosen a pretty kool subject.
The Dark Knight himself 'BATMAN'
I was like every kid watching the animated series, playing with the action figures, wearing the costume running around saying "na na na na na na na na BATMAN!" until my mum told me I was 19 and needed to move out of the house.
(and yes i did count all the 'na' to make sure i had the song prefectly.)
But because I was a kid I even loved the most hated film ever made
I was still a baby my brain liked the bright colours and the good v evil plot but yes I now see that this film is horse sh*t i can point out all the flaws:
George Clooney IS NOT batman and never will be,
Robin is a winey little baby "trust wahhh, trust wahhh"
Mr. Freeze doesnt say anything apart from catchphrase after f**king catchphrase "chill batman"STFU
Batgirl was british...but she wasn't british.... I don't know.
Poision Ivy was......well Poision Ivy was actually very hot! but yes she had a bad script like the whole film.
BUT I DIGRESS... AGAIN!!
Even though I can point the flaws out I still really like this movie maybe because of my now 'OBESSION' or the fact I was a kid growing up with it.
The recent movies by the acclaimed Director Christopher Nolan have shown us what Batman should have been like by capturing the true essence of Batman,
'FEAR' turning him from camp detective to
One of the darkest Superheroes that was ever thought up and he made it so with
'BATMAN BEGINS' and 'THE DARK KNIGHT'.

With the 2008 movies success..
(alot of people fogetting that it was a sequeal and some not even bothering to watch the first film.)
came a heap load of batman goodies,
which included the Amazing video game
'Batman Arkham Asylum'

which gained hundreds of fantastic reviews and so much so people almost demanded there be a sequeal the amazing 2009 videogame.
And the game makers listened creating the recently released

BACK TO THE MOVIE SIDE OF THINGS!!!
I can't wait much longer for 'THE DARK KNIGHT RISES' to come out next year.
Will it be as good as TDK or better? who knows but what I do know is that Nolan takes his time and gives people what they haven't seen before i.e. INCEPTION
Funny to think TDK came out almost 3 years ago and people are still talking about it as though it came out yesturday!!
One of my minds many obessions is the actor
Which I enjoy watching on screen. He's an outstanding actor and making a name for himself with films like: Bronson

But it's the Bane charater im most exciting in seeing him portray.
I can tell it might not have the same impact as The Joker character but make a different impact. His split second apperance in th trailer stood out the most from the teaser trailer which gives us nothing really, but still had a edgy impact on the audience. TDKR Trailer

Imaginext have brought out a range of Batman toys which my youngest brother absoulty loves!!
They are brilliant for kids who want to create there own story of the batman themselves.
The most fun I've seen with these toys are the youtube videos by JauntyHam
definitely check it out!!
With all these things happening at once I guess its not hard to become obessed with The Caped Crusader but when my mind finally lets go of him I can say "that was One hell of a ride!!"
